Apple could release three new iPhones at Twitter-streamed live event

Apple is set to launch its 2018 iPhone lineup at Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California today.

9to5Mac has revealed some interesting information about the product, first of all noting that "Apple has been rumored to be working on ~15% bigger displays for both sizes of Apple Watch", which the site seems to have images to back up.

Apart from the new iPhones, Apple is also expected to launch new Watch Series 4 at the September 12 event. It's not a bad bet to buy a slightly older-model iPhone, since Apple generally lowers the price of existing models when it rolls out new ones. All you need to do to watch the Apple event live on Twitter is to favorite the tweet below, and be available to receive the updates from Apple's Twitter account when the time comes.

The new iPhone line-up will reportedly feature a refreshed version of the hi-tech and dramatically redesigned iPhone X, which was first introduced previous year, alongside a larger-screen device and a cheaper iPhone, which will also feature the iPhone X's all-screen front panel and Face ID technology.

The iPhone X became the first mass-market smartphone to sell for $1,000, and now Apple is upping the ante again.

Meanwhile, live renders of the iPhone Xs model appeared on Weibo as well. This time the rumoured "iPhone Xs" has surfaced on the web in few images, showing what might be new from Apple from the iPhone design and looks perspective.

A second phone with a 5.8-inch OLED display, would be similar to the iPhone X but with an improved processor, and according to the sitemap will be called iPhone XS.

Design leaks of Apple Watch Series 4 show a new hole between the crown and side button.

One new iPhone was likely to be priced slightly lower than the X model to "capture the next wave of buyers" in markets such as China, western Europe and the USA, according to Moorhead.

The AirPower charger was announced a year ago with the promise of being able to wirelessly charge an iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPod wireless headphones all at once. The large text on the top says, "New Apple with dual SIM?" and the smaller text around the apple lists benefits of having two SIM cards like network use and data. We'd know for sure once the devices are launched.
