Bills trade QB Tyrod Taylor to Cleveland

Their flurry of proposed moves continued on Friday after the Browns traded quarterback DeShone Kizer to the Green Bay Packers for cornerback Damarious Randall, according to reports.

Landry reacted to his trade by tweeting out: "Y'all better understand [expletive] about to get SERIOUS..."

At least, not according to the latest 2018 National Football League mock draft from CBS Sports, which has both the Browns and Giants passing on this year's top passers with the first two selections in the draft.

Pick 1: Browns - QB Sam Darnold, 2. The Browns were desperate for a quarterback and were going to get a young quarterback with a bright future, but instead they are going to take the quarterback who was 25th in passing yards this season and had the 14th best qbr. His departure will impact the Browns' plans in free agency and the draft. This leaves Nathan Peterman as the lone quarterback on the team's roster.

The reason for the unscheduled broadcast was the run of trades that the Browns made to close out the week.

Kizer was stung by the demotion, but he regained Jackson's trust and won over his teammates by showing toughness and grit while trying to stop the Browns from joining the 2008 Detroit Lions as the only teams to go 0-16.

They're the first trades John Dorsey has pulled off since the Browns hired him as general manager on December 7. The reigning AFC Champions will receive defensive tackle Danny Shelton and the Browns receive a conditional draft pick. He added to the defense by getting Randall, while also adding a bridge quarterback in Taylor and a big receiving threat in Landry. What they need to do first and foremost is draft Saquon Barkley with the No. 1 pick.

Maharashtra farmers end stir after govt assurance
Noted Bollywood actor and leader of ruling BJP Shatrughan Sinha commended the discipline of the protesting farmers on Twitter. Thousands of farmers reached Mumbai on Monday morning after a long march which began on March 6, 2018, in Nashik, bare feet.

But the question still remains, is Cleveland done yet?

Jets general manager Mike Maccagnan, who has almost $90 million in cap space to play with, is planning on landing some big talent when free agency begins on March 14. "You give him this season and you can still draft a guy No. 1 if you want, you can draft a guy fourth".

Who else is out there?

In a sense, the addition of Taylor over a player like Cincinnati's AJ McCarron shows the Browns believe in the players available in the draft. "But I'm excited by the moves [general manager] John [Dorsey] made".

As Schefter also noted, the Browns could still have plenty of moves on the way.

Using the franchise designation to retain running back Le'Veon Bell all but evaporated any salary cap space the team will have for shopping the open market next week at the open of free agency.

After one hard season, the Browns threw DeShone Kizer away. Owner Jimmy Haslam vowed a change and winning when he took over ownership of the team. He was benched midway through the 2017 campaign despite the team's 5-4 record (they were actually sitting in a playoff spot at the time of the benching).
