Andrea Swift said she's certain, that she knows her daughter better than anyone.

David Mueller maintains his stance that the allegation against him is false. "Her lyrics reflect what's going on right now".

In her lawsuit, Swift alleges Mueller sexually assaulted her as their photo was being taken at a meet-and-greet event after a concert in 2013 - a charge the DJ denies. Coomer called it a lie. Asked if he grabbed her backside, he said: 'No, I did not'.

Mueller has denied that the groping happened at all. It was Mueller who headed to litigation first, though, filing suit against the pop star for what he claimed was his wrongful firing.

Eddie Haskell, Mueller's supervisor at the radio station, said that before the night of the concert he had no desire to fire Mueller.

The photo of Swift, Mueller and Melcher was not publicly released, but was shown to the eight-member jury during opening statements, according to The Associated Press.

"I'm not going to say anything different".

Swift also testified that a security guard working for her witnessed the groping.

Swift - who attended court along with her mother Andrea - is suing for just $1.

Swift has been sued by Mueller for defemation after she initially made the claims.

Mueller claims his knuckles may have touched her ribs, well above where his arm is shown. To be frank, lots of people don't believe women who say they've been assaulted and/or abused.
