North Fork Independence Day Parade And Fireworks Roundup

Personal fireworks are prohibited at Indiana State Parks.

Patriot, Indiana - The Town of Patriot will mark Independence Day with a parade starting at 10:00 a.m.

A weekend slated for all kinds of activities lead up to fireworks over the harbor at 9 p.m. on July 3 and even more activities continuing into the 4th. Free family activities and a live concert featuring the Mike Veal Band will be held in the Thomasville Park and Amphitheater at 131 South Stevens St.

Greendale, Indiana - The City of Greendale has a host of festivities on the 4th of July. A variety of ticketing options offer extras such as a reading of the Declaration of Independence, a performance by a drum-and-fife group, children's games and meals. Fireworks begin at 9:30 PM.

The grand finale at a previous Rangeley fireworks show at Lakeside Park. Non-members may watch the fireworks for free from nearby public areas.

Emerald Isle - Fireworks on July 4th beginning at 9:00 p.m. Parking will be available at Bogue Inlet Pier as well as along NC 58. The celebration ends with a fireworks display starting at about 9:20 p.m. Games start at 5:30 p.m. and turtle race at 7 p.m. Fireworks at dusk.

The City of LaFollette hosts an Independence Day Celebration on July 2nd near Roane State Campus. Addison, Texas is just outside of the city of Dallas and though the town itself is small, this fireworks tradition is a supersized one.

Children can enjoy playing games from the colonial period, while the entire family can witness the "shot heard 'round the world" during a re-enactment of the Battle of Concord Bridge. Central Baptist Bearden hosts a patriotic concert on Sunday July 2, 2017 from 1:30 2:30 p.m. Parking is $10 per vehicle. Game starts at 6:35 p.m. All-you-can-eat hot dogs, hamburgers, and sides.
